In a commanding performance, the Buffalo Bills topped the Los Angeles Chargers 42-21 in Week 3 of the 2026 season. This victory not only solidified Buffalo's standing in the league but also showcased their offensive prowess, setting the tone for the rest of the campaign. Josh Allen was the standout performer for the Bills, throwing for 337 yards and five touchdowns, consistently finding open receivers and exploiting the Chargers' secondary. DJ Moore was his primary target, racking up 112 receiving yards and contributing significantly to the offensive explosion. Meanwhile, Omarion Hampton struggled to find his rhythm for the Chargers, managing only 27 rushing yards. Defensively, the Bills were relentless, with Greg Rousseau leading the charge. Rousseau recorded four sacks and four total tackles, creating havoc in the Chargers' backfield and disrupting their offensive flow. The game's turning point came early in the second half when Rousseau's sack led to a turnover, allowing the Bills to extend their lead and effectively seal the game.
