In a decisive Week 2 matchup, the Denver Broncos topped the Jacksonville Jaguars with a commanding score of 37-10. This victory not only boosts the Broncos' confidence early in the season but also serves as a statement win against a team looking to establish its footing in the league. Bo Nix led the charge for Denver, showcasing his dual-threat capability with 298 passing yards and five touchdown passes while also rushing for 90 yards. His ability to find Jaylen Waddle, who amassed 134 receiving yards, was pivotal in keeping the Jaguars' defense off balance throughout the game. Nix’s performance under center highlighted the Broncos' offensive firepower and versatility. Defensively, the Broncos were effective in creating turnovers, with Jonathon Cooper grabbing two interceptions that shifted momentum in favor of Denver. Talanoa Hufanga contributed with three total tackles, helping to stifle any significant offensive rhythm from the Jaguars. The turning point came late in the second quarter when Cooper's second interception set up an easy touchdown drive, effectively putting the game out of reach for Jacksonville.
