In a thrilling Week 2 matchup, the Chicago Bears topped the Minnesota Vikings 28-21, solidifying their early-season momentum. With both teams looking to establish themselves in the 2026 season, this game proved crucial for Chicago as they seek to assert their dominance in the division. Caleb Williams was the standout on offense for the Bears, throwing for an impressive 295 yards and leading his team with precision. Breece Hall contributed significantly on the ground, rushing for 79 yards, while Puka Nacua emerged as a key target, racking up 136 receiving yards. Despite Kyler Murray’s two touchdown passes for Minnesota, the Bears’ offensive firepower was too much to handle. Defensively, Haason Reddick made his presence felt with 1.5 sacks, putting pressure on the Vikings’ offense throughout the game. The turning point came in the second half, when Chicago's defense stifled a crucial drive, allowing the Bears to maintain their lead. Isaiah Rodgers Sr. led Minnesota with seven tackles and an interception, but it wasn’t enough to shift the momentum back in their favor.
