The Green Bay Packers walked out of MetLife Stadium with a 28-24 win over the New York Jets on Sunday, spoiling a spirited Week 2 home effort. It was a four-point margin that felt every bit that tight, with both offenses trading answers deep into the afternoon. For Green Bay, it's an early-season road result that travels well. For New York, it's a missed chance to bank a win in a game that stayed within reach until the finish. Jordan Love was the difference-maker through the air, throwing three touchdown passes to keep the Packers a step ahead on the scoreboard. Josh Jacobs supplied the ballast on the ground, grinding out 103 rushing yards and giving Green Bay the ability to control tempo when it mattered. On the other side, Cade Klubnik led all passers with 244 yards and kept the Jets churning, leaning heavily on Garrett Wilson, who paced all receivers with 80 yards. New York moved the football; it just couldn't quite match Love's touchdown count. Defensively, Evan Williams was everywhere for the Packers, piling up nine total tackles and coming away with the game's lone interception — a takeaway that swung possession and, ultimately, the outcome. That giveaway proved the turning point in a game decided by a single score. New York's David Bailey did his part with a team-best 1.5 sacks, generating pressure that repeatedly disrupted Green Bay's rhythm. In the end, the Jets got the pass rush but not the takeaway, and that was the margin.
