In a tightly contested matchup, the Houston Texans narrowly defeated the Baltimore Ravens 13-9 in Week 12 of the 2026 season. With playoff implications on the line, both teams fought hard, but it was the Texans who came out on top, solidifying their position in the playoff race. Patrick Mahomes led the Texans' offense with a strong performance, throwing for 225 yards and connecting with Jayden Reed for 77 receiving yards. Despite a solid effort from Ashton Jeanty on the ground, who rushed for 74 yards for the Ravens, it was Houston’s aerial attack that made the difference in a game largely dominated by defenses. Defensively, the Texans were able to apply consistent pressure, with Yaya Diaby recording 1.5 sacks and Kenny Moore II snagging an interception that proved critical. The turning point came late in the fourth quarter when Moore's interception halted a promising drive from the Ravens, allowing Houston to maintain their slim lead and ultimately secure the victory.
