X-FactorUniversal Coverage
The most physical coverage defenders prevent catches from happening even when their target has hands on the ball. When they enter the zone, they are nearly guaranteed knockouts.
GoldMenace
OVR 75+Defenders with this ability play more powerful catch tackles that force greatly increased knockouts and fatigue penalties on Perfect catch tackles. Upgrades with TAK, ZCV, and POW.
SilverMedium Route KO
OVR 80+Defenders with this ability have an improved chance to succeed at catch tackle knockouts, and a longer knockout window, in man-to-man versus medium routes 10-20 yards from the LoS. Upgrades with MCV, COD, and ACC.
GoldOne Step Ahead
OVR 85+Defenders with this ability have a slightly increased chance to react much faster to receiver cut moves when in man coverage. Upgrades with MCV, COD, and PRC.
GoldLurker
OVR 95+Defenders with this ability can make spectacular interceptions while lurking in zones, and are more likely to attempt and succeed at diving swats/catches. They also have an improved catch chance on tipped passes, better ball security on interceptions, and unlimited stamina on the return (until using a special move or breaking a tackle). Upgrades with COD, ZCV, and SPD.
