In a high-scoring affair, the New Orleans Saints topped the Carolina Panthers 60-36 in Week 14 of the 2026 season. With playoff implications on the line, the Saints delivered a commanding performance that solidified their position in the standings and left the Panthers searching for answers. Drew Brees was the star of the show, throwing for an impressive 472 yards and six touchdowns, showcasing his elite passing ability throughout the game. Keyshawn Johnson also shined for the Panthers, racking up 205 receiving yards, but it wasn’t enough to keep pace with the Saints' explosive offense. DeShaun Foster led Carolina’s ground game with 69 rushing yards, but the focus remained on the aerial assault spearheaded by Brees. Defensively, the Saints made their mark with Danny Clark leading the team in tackles and Will Smith contributing two sacks, which disrupted the Panthers' rhythm. The turning point came midway through the third quarter when Brees threw his fourth touchdown pass, extending the Saints' lead to an insurmountable margin. Despite a valiant effort from Chad Scott, who recorded two interceptions for Carolina, the Saints' balanced attack proved too much to handle.
