In a dominant performance, the Miami Dolphins topped the New York Jets 44-28 in Week 12 of the 2026 season. With playoff implications on the line, the Dolphins showcased their offensive firepower, securing a crucial victory at home. Caleb Williams led the charge for Miami, throwing for an impressive 349 yards and four touchdowns, effectively carving up the Jets' secondary. Christian Watson was his favorite target, racking up 162 receiving yards and contributing significantly to the Dolphins' scoring onslaught. Meanwhile, Trey Benson stood out for the Jets, rushing for 111 yards, but it wasn’t enough to keep pace with Miami's explosive offense. Defensively, Treydan Stukes was a standout for the Dolphins, recording four total tackles and two crucial interceptions that shifted the momentum of the game. Miami's ability to capitalize on turnovers proved to be the turning point, stifling any chance of a Jets comeback and solidifying their position in the playoff race. The Dolphins' defense, complemented by Bryan Bresee's two sacks for New York, played a pivotal role in maintaining their lead throughout the contest.
