The Las Vegas Raiders topped the New Orleans Saints 19-6 in a Week 3 matchup of the 2026 season, securing their second win of the year. The Raiders aimed for a strong showing to solidify their position in the standings, and they delivered with a commanding performance on both sides of the ball. Fernando Mendoza led the Raiders' offense with a solid outing, throwing for 270 yards and a touchdown. Ashton Jeanty complemented the passing game with 96 rushing yards, consistently moving the chains and keeping the Saints' defense on its heels. Dont'e Thornton Jr. was the top target, racking up 83 receiving yards to help ignite the Raiders' scoring drives. Defensively, Keyron Crawford was a standout with 2.5 sacks, applying relentless pressure on the Saints' quarterback and stifling their offensive rhythm. The turning point came late in the second quarter when Crawford's second sack led to a crucial turnover on downs, allowing the Raiders to take control of the game and maintain their lead through the second half. With the Saints struggling to find their footing, the Raiders' defense played a pivotal role in securing the victory.
