In a commanding performance, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers topped the Cleveland Browns 45-21 in Week 2 of the 2026 season. With both teams looking to build momentum early in the year, the Buccaneers showcased their offensive firepower, putting the league on notice with this explosive victory. Baker Mayfield was the star of the show, throwing for an impressive 340 yards and six touchdowns, proving to be nearly unstoppable. His aerial assault was complemented by Bucky Irving's solid ground game, who added 62 rushing yards to the mix. Meanwhile, KC Concepcion Jr. stood out for the Browns with 172 receiving yards, but it wasn’t enough to keep pace with the Buccaneers' high-octane offense. Defensively, the Buccaneers made their mark with standout performances, particularly from Rueben Bain Jr., who recorded 2.5 sacks, and Antoine Winfield Jr., who picked off two passes. The turning point of the game came in the second quarter when the Buccaneers' defense forced a critical turnover, allowing Mayfield to capitalize and extend their lead. With a combination of offensive prowess and defensive dominance, Tampa Bay secured a decisive victory.
