In a hard-fought contest, the Dallas Cowboys held off the Seattle Seahawks with a final score of 29-21 in Week 13 of the 2026 season. With playoff implications on the line, both teams were eager to secure a crucial victory, but it was the Cowboys who emerged victorious, showcasing their resilience in a challenging environment. Dak Prescott led the Cowboys' offense with a solid performance, throwing for 229 yards, while George Pickens stepped up as his go-to target, racking up 62 receiving yards. J.J. McCarthy of the Seahawks matched Prescott with two touchdown passes, but it was not enough to overcome the Cowboys' balanced attack. The ground game saw Zach Charbonnet lead Seattle with 85 rushing yards, but Dallas maintained control throughout. Defensively, the Cowboys made key plays that tilted the game in their favor, particularly a crucial interception by Caleb Downs that halted a potential Seahawks drive. DeMarcus Lawrence did his part for Seattle with 1.5 sacks, but the Cowboys' defense limited the Seahawks' scoring opportunities, making their stops count when it mattered most. Ultimately, the combination of Dallas's offensive efficiency and defensive resilience paved the way for their hard-earned victory.
