In a commanding performance to kick off the 2026 season, the Baltimore Ravens topped the Indianapolis Colts with a final score of 44-25. The Ravens showcased their offensive prowess, making a statement early in the year as they aim for another playoff run. Leading the charge was quarterback Lamar Jackson, who threw for an impressive 419 yards and six touchdowns, demonstrating his dual-threat capability. While Derrick Henry managed a modest 45 rushing yards, his presence in the backfield complemented Jackson's aerial attack. On the receiving end, Jonathan Taylor of the Colts stood out with 156 yards, but the Ravens' scoring onslaught was too much to overcome. Defensively, Trenton Simpson was a standout for Baltimore, making four total tackles and contributing with a sack, helping to disrupt the Colts' offense at key moments. The turning point came when Jackson threw his fourth touchdown pass, extending the Ravens' lead to 28-10, which allowed Baltimore to maintain control and ultimately secure the victory. Despite A.J. Haulcy's interception for Indianapolis, the Ravens' balanced offensive attack proved insurmountable.
