The Kansas City Chiefs topped the Buffalo Bills 35-14 in a decisive Week 2 clash of the 2027 season. With both teams looking to establish early momentum, the Chiefs’ victory solidifies their position as a formidable contender in the league. Josh Allen led the Bills with a solid performance, throwing for 239 yards and two touchdowns, but it was the Chiefs’ balanced offensive attack that proved too much to handle. Kenneth Walker contributed significantly on the ground with 72 rushing yards, while the Chiefs’ efficient passing game kept the Bills’ defense on its heels. Defensively, the Chiefs made crucial plays, highlighted by Jaylon Johnson's interception that shifted momentum in their favor. Despite Deone Walker's sack and Cor'Dale Flott's tackling prowess for the Bills, the Chiefs' defense consistently pressured Allen, limiting Buffalo's offensive options and sealing the game with key stops. The turning point came when Johnson's interception set up a touchdown that expanded Kansas City's lead, effectively putting the game out of reach for the Bills.
