In a commanding performance, the Cincinnati Bengals topped the Atlanta Falcons 31-3 in Week 9 of the 2026 season. The Bengals showcased their dominance, effectively solidifying their playoff positioning while leaving the Falcons searching for answers as they struggle to find their rhythm this season. Quarterback Joe Burrow led the charge for Cincinnati, throwing for 226 yards and a touchdown, while also orchestrating a balanced offense. Chase Brown contributed significantly on the ground, racking up 64 rushing yards that helped keep the Falcons' defense on its heels. Despite the score, Atlanta's Drake London stood out with 98 receiving yards, but it was not enough to spark any offensive momentum. Defensively, the Bengals were relentless, limiting the Falcons to just three points and stifling their scoring opportunities throughout the game. The turning point came early in the second half when Cincinnati's defense forced a crucial turnover, allowing Burrow and company to capitalize and extend their lead. Atlanta’s inability to respond under pressure ultimately sealed their fate, leaving them with a disappointing home loss.
