X-FactorBottleneck
Bottleneck defenders realize that the best way to stop a route is to act early. When they enter the zone, they are highly likely to dominantly win any man press encounter.
GoldOutside Shade
OVR 75+Defenders with this ability have a greatly increased chance to react much faster to receiver cut moves when in man coverage and outside the numbers. Upgrades with MCV and COD.
GoldShort Route KO
OVR 80+Defenders with this ability have a greatly improved chance to succeed at catch tackle knockouts, and a longer knockout window, in man-to-man versus short routes less than 10 yards from the LoS. Upgrades with MCV, AWR, and ACC.
GoldLurker
OVR 85+Defenders with this ability can make spectacular interceptions while lurking in zones, and are more likely to attempt and succeed at diving swats/catches. They also have an improved catch chance on tipped passes, better ball security on interceptions, and unlimited stamina on the return (until using a special move or breaking a tackle). Upgrades with COD, ZCV, and SPD.
GoldDeep Route KO
OVR 95+Defenders with this ability have a greatly improved chance to succeed at catch tackle knockouts, and a longer knockout window, in man-to-man versus deep routes 20+ yards from the LoS. Upgrades with MCV, SPD, and JMP.
