The Las Vegas Raiders topped the Cleveland Browns 23-9 in a decisive Week 12 matchup that solidified their playoff aspirations. With both teams vying for crucial wins as the season approaches its climax, the Raiders emerged victorious, demonstrating their offensive prowess and defensive resilience. Leading the charge for the Raiders was quarterback Fernando Mendoza, who threw for 204 yards and a touchdown, while receiver Dont'e Thornton Jr. showcased his skills with 80 receiving yards. Despite a strong performance on the ground from Browns running back Quinshon Judkins, who rushed for 100 yards, the Raiders' consistent offensive execution proved too much for Cleveland to handle. On the defensive side, the Raiders made their mark with standout performances from Maxx Crosby and Taron Johnson. Crosby recorded two sacks, applying relentless pressure on the Browns’ offense, while Johnson intercepted two passes, which were pivotal in shifting the momentum of the game. The turning point came in the second half when Johnson's second interception set up a scoring drive that extended the Raiders' lead, ultimately sealing their victory.
