The Jacksonville Jaguars topped the Cincinnati Bengals 31-17 in a Week 4 showdown that showcased the Jaguars' offensive firepower and solidified their position in the playoff race. With this victory, Jacksonville improves their season record, proving they are a force to be reckoned with in the 2026 season. Trevor Lawrence led the charge for the Jaguars with an impressive 235 passing yards, connecting seamlessly with his receivers. Bhayshul Tuten was the standout on the ground, rushing for 137 yards and adding a vital dimension to the Jaguars’ attack. Meanwhile, Brian Thomas Jr. emerged as Lawrence's favorite target, racking up 111 receiving yards and consistently finding ways to stretch the field. Defensively, the Jaguars were effective in stifling the Bengals' offense, with Antonio Johnson recording a game-high six total tackles and Jahlani Tavai adding a crucial sack. The turning point came in the second half when the Jaguars' defense clamped down, forcing the Bengals to abandon their ground game and rely heavily on the air. Cashius Howell's interception for Cincinnati provided a brief spark, but it was not enough to turn the tide as Jacksonville held firm to secure the win.
