The Minnesota Vikings cruised to a decisive 48-21 victory over the San Francisco 49ers in Week 11 of the 2026 season, solidifying their playoff aspirations with a commanding performance. The Vikings showcased their offensive firepower, while the 49ers struggled to keep pace, ultimately falling short in a crucial matchup. Leading the charge for Minnesota was quarterback Taylen Green, who threw for 260 yards and three touchdowns, effectively orchestrating the Vikings' high-octane offense. Wide receiver Justin Jefferson was his favorite target, racking up an impressive 133 receiving yards, while the combination of precision passing and explosive plays kept the 49ers' defense on its heels throughout the game. Defensively, the Vikings were able to apply consistent pressure, limiting the 49ers' scoring opportunities. Despite Nick Bosa's notable 1.5 sacks and Fred Warner's eight tackles, San Francisco's defense struggled to contain Minnesota's dynamic offense, with the game's turning point coming in the second quarter when the Vikings scored three unanswered touchdowns to seize control.
