Running back Jonathan Taylor also made a significant impact, rushing for 113 yards, which helped maintain offensive momentum throughout the game. On the Giants' side, Stefon Diggs stood out with 103 receiving yards but it wasn’t enough to keep pace with the Rams' explosive offense. Defensively, the Rams were able to apply pressure, highlighted by Tyson Campbell's interception, which shifted the game's momentum. The Giants struggled to contain the Rams' fast-paced attack, and a critical moment came when the Rams scored back-to-back touchdowns in the second quarter, putting them ahead 28-7 and forcing the Giants to play catch-up for the remainder of the contest.
