In a commanding performance, the Seattle Seahawks topped the Washington Commanders 38-14 in Week 3 of the 2026 season. With this victory, the Seahawks look to solidify their position in a competitive conference, while the Commanders will need to regroup after a disappointing outing on their home turf. Quarterback Jalen Milroe led the charge for Seattle, throwing for three touchdowns and keeping the offense in rhythm throughout the game. Jadarian Price also made a significant impact, rumbling for 115 rushing yards, while Jaxon Smith-Njigba was a reliable target, racking up 109 receiving yards. The combination of a strong ground game and efficient passing helped the Seahawks dominate the scoreboard. Defensively, the Seahawks showcased their prowess with a key interception by Julian Neal and a sack from Derick Hall, which disrupted Washington's offensive flow. The turning point came early in the second half when Seattle's defense forced a turnover that led to a quick touchdown, extending their lead to 28-7 and effectively sealing the game. The Commanders struggled to recover from that momentum shift, unable to match the Seahawks' relentless attack.
