In a dominating performance, the New Orleans Saints defeated the Carolina Panthers 70-3 in Week 14 of the 2026 season. With playoff implications hanging in the balance, the Saints showcased their offensive prowess while the Panthers struggled to find any rhythm throughout the game. Tyler Shough was the standout for New Orleans, throwing for an impressive 223 yards and an astounding eight touchdown passes. Antonio Gibson contributed on the ground with 66 rushing yards, while Jordyn Tyson led the receiving corps with 62 yards, proving to be a reliable target for Shough all afternoon. The Saints' defense was equally impressive, led by Carl Granderson, who logged six total tackles, three sacks, and kept the pressure on the Panthers’ offense all game long. Kool-Aid McKinstry added a key interception, further stifling any chance of a Carolina comeback. The turning point came early in the second quarter when Granderson's relentless pass rush led to a critical turnover that shifted momentum firmly in New Orleans' favor.
