The San Francisco 49ers secured a commanding victory over the Los Angeles Rams, defeating them 33-3 in Week 14 of the 2026 season. With playoff implications hanging in the balance, the 49ers put on a dominant performance, showcasing their strength both offensively and defensively. Brock Purdy led the charge for San Francisco, throwing for 234 yards and a touchdown, efficiently distributing the ball to his receivers. Mike Evans was the standout target, racking up 113 receiving yards, while Christian McCaffrey added a solid ground game with 97 rushing yards, helping to keep the Rams' defense on their heels throughout the contest. Defensively, the 49ers stifled the Rams' offense, allowing them only a field goal and consistently applying pressure. The turning point came in the second quarter when San Francisco's defense forced a critical turnover, enabling them to extend their lead and maintain control of the game. Though Myles Garrett of the Rams recorded two sacks, it wasn't enough to shift the momentum back in their favor.
