In a dominant performance, the Houston Texans defeated the San Juan Tigers 99-13 in Week 3 of the 2027 season. With both teams vying for momentum early in the season, the Texans showcased their offensive prowess and left no doubt about their capabilities. Darian Mensah was the star of the night, throwing for an impressive 453 yards and seven touchdowns while also adding 88 rushing yards to his stat line. His connection with Chris Olave was particularly lethal, as Olave racked up 152 receiving yards, proving to be a consistent target throughout the game. The Texans’ offensive onslaught was relentless, and the Tigers struggled to keep pace. Defensively, the Texans were equally formidable, with Bobby Okereke making a game-changing impact by recording three interceptions. Anto Saka added to the defensive dominance with two sacks, disrupting the Tigers' offensive rhythm. The turning point came early in the second quarter when Okereke's second interception set up another quick Texans touchdown, effectively putting the game out of reach for San Juan.
