In a commanding performance, the Indianapolis Colts topped the Jacksonville Jaguars 56-31 in Week 5 of the 2027 season. The victory not only solidifies the Colts' position in the playoff race but also serves as a statement win against a division rival. Anthony Richardson Sr. led the Colts' offensive charge with 182 passing yards and a touchdown, while Jonathan Taylor was nothing short of spectacular, racking up 292 rushing yards, dominating the ground game throughout. Tyler Warren contributed significantly in the passing attack with 94 receiving yards, showcasing the Colts' multifaceted offensive threats. Defensively, the Colts made their presence felt, particularly through Camryn Bynum, who recorded four total tackles, and CJ Allen, who added a sack to the mix. The turning point came late in the first half when the Colts forced a turnover, allowing them to extend their lead and effectively put the game out of reach. Despite Foyesade Oluokun's two interceptions for the Jaguars, Indianapolis' relentless offense proved too much to handle.
