In a tightly contested matchup, the Philadelphia Eagles narrowly defeated the Jacksonville Jaguars 14-10 in Week 5 of the 2026 season. With playoff implications looming, both teams fought hard for every yard, but it was the Eagles who ultimately secured the win on the road. Trevor Lawrence led the Jaguars' passing attack with 171 yards and a touchdown, showcasing his ability to move the ball under pressure. However, it was Saquon Barkley who stole the show for the Eagles, racking up 118 rushing yards and proving to be a pivotal part of Philadelphia's ground game. His performance helped control the clock and keep the Jaguars' offense off the field. Defensively, the Eagles made crucial plays that turned the tide in their favor. Andrew Mukuba stood out with eight total tackles, while Zack Baun delivered a dominant performance with 1.5 sacks, applying relentless pressure on Lawrence. The turning point came late in the fourth quarter when Baun's sack helped force a critical Jacksonville turnover, allowing the Eagles to clinch the game and maintain their momentum in the season.
