In a commanding performance, the Atlanta Falcons topped the Green Bay Packers 35-12 in Week 3 of the 2026 season. With this victory, the Falcons solidify their position as a strong contender in the league, showcasing their offensive prowess and disciplined defense. Leading the charge for Atlanta was quarterback Joe Milton, who threw for 304 yards and three touchdowns, demonstrating his ability to connect with his receivers under pressure. Running back Bijan Robinson contributed significantly with 100 rushing yards, keeping the Packers' defense on its heels and establishing a balanced attack. Despite the setback, Green Bay's Matthew Golden shone with 123 receiving yards, but it wasn't enough to overcome the Falcons' offensive firepower. Defensively, the Falcons were relentless, highlighted by Divine Deablo's six total tackles and James Pearce Jr.'s impressive 1.5 sacks, which disrupted Green Bay's rhythm throughout the game. The turning point came in the second quarter when Atlanta's defense stifled a Packers drive, allowing Milton and the offense to capitalize and extend their lead. With their cohesive defensive effort, the Falcons were able to maintain control and ultimately secure the win.
