In a thrilling Week 13 showdown, the Seattle Seahawks narrowly defeated the Los Angeles Rams with a final score of 30-28, solidifying their playoff ambitions as the season winds down. Both teams fought hard, knowing the importance of this matchup in the tightly contested NFC West. Seattle's offense was led by quarterback Jalen Milroe, who threw for 255 yards and kept the chains moving when it mattered most. Running back Justice Haynes complemented the passing game with a strong performance, racking up 101 rushing yards, while Rashid Shaheed emerged as Milroe's favorite target, amassing 90 receiving yards and a touchdown. Fernando Mendoza of the Rams did his part as well, tossing three touchdown passes in a valiant effort. Defensively, Byron Murphy II made his presence felt for the Seahawks, registering a critical sack that helped shift the momentum in Seattle's favor. The game's turning point came late in the fourth quarter when the Rams were driving for a potential game-winning score, but a key stop by the Seahawks' defense allowed them to hold on for the win. With Jermod McCoy leading the Rams with seven tackles, it was clear both defenses had their moments, but Seattle's late-game resilience ultimately prevailed.
