In a commanding performance, the Pittsburgh Steelers topped the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 44-21 in Week 6 of the 2026 season. With this victory, the Steelers continue to solidify their position in the playoff race, showcasing both offensive firepower and defensive prowess against a struggling Buccaneers squad. Drew Allar led the charge for the Steelers, throwing for three touchdowns and effectively managing the game through the air. On the ground, Jaylen Warren was unstoppable, racking up 167 rushing yards and contributing significantly to Pittsburgh's dominant offensive display. Tampa Bay's Baker Mayfield put up impressive numbers with 332 passing yards, but it wasn't enough to keep pace with the Steelers' relentless attack. Defensively, Pittsburgh made crucial plays that shifted the momentum in their favor. T.J. Watt registered a sack and applied constant pressure on Mayfield, while Patrick Queen intercepted two passes, highlighting the opportunistic nature of the Steelers' defense. The game's turning point came late in the first half when Queen's second interception led to a quick touchdown drive, pushing Pittsburgh's lead to a commanding 27-14 and effectively sealing the outcome.
