In a tightly contested Week 5 matchup, the Atlanta Falcons topped the Baltimore Ravens 24-17, improving their season record while sending a message about their playoff ambitions. The victory came with significant implications as both teams vie for positioning in the increasingly competitive NFC. Joe Milton led the charge for Atlanta, throwing for 2 touchdowns and showcasing his ability to make plays under pressure. Bijan Robinson contributed significantly on the ground, amassing 75 rushing yards and helping to control the tempo of the game. The Ravens relied heavily on Lamar Jackson, who threw for 245 yards but couldn't find the end zone, while Zay Flowers shined in the receiving game with 77 yards. Defensively, the Falcons were anchored by Billy Bowman Jr., who recorded 10 tackles, playing a crucial role in stifling Baltimore's offensive efforts.
