In a tightly contested matchup, the Atlanta Falcons narrowly defeated the New Orleans Saints 23-17 in Week 4 of the 2026 season. Both teams were looking to solidify their positions in the NFC South, but it was the Falcons who emerged victorious, showcasing their offensive prowess. Joe Milton led the charge for Atlanta, throwing for 326 yards and two touchdowns, proving to be a critical asset in the Falcons' passing game. Drake London turned in a standout performance, racking up 147 receiving yards, while Bijan Robinson contributed with a solid 66 rushing yards. This offensive execution allowed Atlanta to maintain control and ultimately secure the win. Defensively, the Falcons were bolstered by Tre Hawkins III, who recorded seven tackles, helping to contain the Saints' offensive efforts. The game's turning point came late in the fourth quarter when Atlanta's defense stifled a potential game-tying drive, showcasing their ability to step up when it mattered most. Meanwhile, Chase Young's 1.5 sacks for the Saints demonstrated their defensive capabilities, but it wasn't enough to turn the tide in their favor.
