The Seattle Seahawks secured a hard-fought victory over the Miami Dolphins, winning 21-14 in a tightly contested Week 3 matchup of the 2028 season. With both teams looking to establish momentum early in the season, this win puts Seattle in a strong position as they aim for playoff contention. Leading the charge for the Seahawks was quarterback Jalen Milroe, who threw for 170 yards and one touchdown, showcasing his ability to make key plays under pressure. Justice Haynes had a standout performance on the ground, racking up 98 rushing yards, which helped keep the Dolphins' defense on their heels throughout the game. Meanwhile, Miami's Kevin Coleman Jr. was the top receiver, but his 54 yards were not enough to carry the team to victory. Defensively, Jacob Rodriguez of the Dolphins made his presence felt with eight total tackles, but it was Kenneth Grant who shone with 1.5 sacks, putting pressure on Milroe and trying to shift momentum back to Miami. However, the game's turning point came late in the fourth quarter when Seattle's offense executed a crucial drive that culminated in a touchdown, sealing their win and handing the Dolphins a tough loss at home.
