In a thrilling Week 3 matchup, the New Orleans Saints defeated the Las Vegas Raiders 35-24, securing their second win of the season. The stakes were high as both teams aimed to establish momentum early in the 2026 campaign, but it was the Saints who emerged victorious on their home turf. Saints quarterback Tyler Shough led the charge with an impressive 337 passing yards, showcasing his ability to stretch the field. Complementing his performance, Travis Etienne Jr. dominated on the ground with 117 rushing yards, while Jordyn Tyson became Shough's favorite target, racking up 163 receiving yards. Together, they formed a formidable offensive unit that kept the Raiders' defense on its heels throughout the game. Defensively, the Raiders struggled to contain the Saints' explosive offense, but Eric Stokes shone with a standout performance, tallying seven total tackles and two interceptions, showcasing his ability to disrupt plays. However, the game's turning point came when the Saints capitalized on a Raiders turnover late in the second half, allowing them to extend their lead and ultimately secure the win. Despite the loss, the Raiders' Maxx Crosby made his mark with two sacks, but it wasn't enough to shift the momentum back in their favor.
