The New England Patriots held off the Buffalo Bills with a final score of 20 to 13 in a critical Week 13 matchup of the 2026 season. With playoff implications on the line, the Patriots managed to outlast their division rivals in a tightly contested affair. Leading the charge for New England was their quarterback, who threw for 195 yards, while their top rusher added 58 yards on the ground. Khalil Shakir stood out for the Bills, hauling in 75 receiving yards, but ultimately, Buffalo's offense struggled to find the end zone when it mattered most. Defensively, the Patriots' standout performance was spearheaded by a player who racked up eight total tackles and two sacks, applying consistent pressure on the Bills' offense. The turning point came late in the fourth quarter when New England's defense stifled a critical drive, forcing a turnover on downs and sealing the victory. Despite Maxwell Hairston's interception for Buffalo, it wasn't enough to shift the momentum in their favor.
