In a hard-fought contest, the Jacksonville Jaguars narrowly defeated the Chicago Bears 27-21 in Week 13 of the 2026 season. With playoff implications on the line, both teams came into this game looking to solidify their positions, but it was the Jaguars who emerged victorious in a thrilling matchup. Trevor Lawrence led the Jaguars' offense with an impressive 292 passing yards, showcasing his ability to command the field. Despite a strong performance from Caleb Williams of the Bears, who threw for two touchdowns and added 61 rushing yards, it was Lawrence's execution that made the difference. The Jaguars also benefited from a balanced attack, maintaining pressure on the Bears' defense throughout the game. Defensively, the Jaguars were able to create turnovers, with Jarrian Jones snagging an interception that shifted momentum back in their favor. While the Bears' Dillon Thieneman recorded eight tackles and Devin Bush contributed with 1.5 sacks, it was the Jaguars' ability to capitalize on key defensive plays that ultimately sealed the victory. The turning point came late in the fourth quarter when Jones's interception halted a promising Bears drive, allowing Jacksonville to secure the win.
