In a thrilling Week 12 matchup, the San Francisco 49ers narrowly defeated the Seattle Seahawks with a final score of 35-28. The stakes were high as both teams sought to solidify their playoff positions, but it was the 49ers who emerged victorious in a tightly contested battle. Brock Purdy shone for the 49ers, throwing for an impressive 332 yards and four touchdowns, showcasing his ability to lead the offense effectively. Mike Evans was a standout target, racking up 147 receiving yards and proving to be a reliable playmaker down the field. Despite a solid effort from the Seahawks' ground game, it was Purdy's aerial assault that made the difference. On the defensive side, the Seahawks struggled to contain the 49ers' passing attack, which proved to be the turning point of the game. While the Seahawks recorded six total tackles and one sack, it was their inability to apply consistent pressure on Purdy that allowed him to find his rhythm and make crucial plays. The 49ers' defense managed to hold off the Seahawks' late-game surge, sealing the victory and keeping their playoff hopes alive.
