In an electrifying Wildcard Round matchup, the Denver Broncos topped the Las Vegas Raiders 45-35, securing their place in the next stage of the playoffs. This victory highlights the Broncos' resilience as they fend off a strong challenge from their division rivals, advancing in the 2026 postseason. Bo Nix was the star for the Broncos, throwing for five touchdown passes and leading his team’s high-octane offense. The Raiders fought hard with a standout performance from their quarterback, who amassed 426 passing yards, and a dynamic receiving display from his top target, racking up 180 yards. However, it wasn't enough to overcome the Broncos' offensive firepower. Defensively, the Broncos made crucial plays when it mattered most, particularly with Devin Lloyd's interception that turned momentum in their favor. While the Raiders recorded a solid 4 tackles from their top defender, it was the Broncos' ability to capitalize on key turnovers and defensive stops that ultimately sealed the game. The turning point came late in the fourth quarter when Nix connected for his fifth touchdown, extending the lead and leaving the Raiders with too much ground to cover.
