In a commanding performance, the Baltimore Ravens topped the Los Angeles Chargers 32-15 in Week 3 of the 2027 season. The victory solidifies Baltimore’s position as a formidable contender early in the campaign, while the Chargers will need to regroup after a tough outing at home. Lamar Jackson led the Ravens' offense with precision, throwing for a touchdown while managing the game effectively. Derrick Henry was a powerhouse on the ground, racking up 106 rushing yards and consistently moving the chains. For the Chargers, Justin Herbert threw for 209 yards but struggled to find the end zone, with Quentin Johnston being his top target, amassing 83 receiving yards. Defensively, the Ravens dominated, with Trey Hendrickson making his presence felt by recording two sacks, disrupting Herbert's rhythm throughout the game. The turning point came in the second quarter when a crucial interception by Derwin James Jr. gave the Chargers a glimmer of hope, but the Ravens’ defense held strong, ultimately sealing the win with a balanced attack on both sides of the ball.
