In a decisive Week 4 matchup of the 2027 season, the New York Jets topped the New England Patriots with a final score of 35-21, solidifying their position as a formidable contender in the league. The victory not only showcased the Jets' offensive prowess but also highlighted the growing rivalry between these two storied franchises. Cade Klubnik was the standout performer for the Jets, throwing for an impressive 329 yards and three touchdowns, leading his team with precision and confidence. Marvin Mims Jr. complemented his quarterback's efforts with a stellar performance, racking up 101 receiving yards that kept the Patriots' defense on their heels. On the ground, TreVeyon Henderson made a notable impact for New England with 113 rushing yards, but it wasn't enough to overcome the Jets' offensive firepower. Defensively, the Jets made crucial plays that swung momentum in their favor. DeForest Buckner registered a key sack, disrupting the Patriots' offensive rhythm, while Zabien Brown's interception sealed the game in the fourth quarter, effectively snuffing out any hopes of a New England comeback. Ameer Speed led the Patriots with five total tackles, but it was the Jets' timely defensive stops that proved pivotal, allowing them to maintain control and secure the win.
