In a decisive Week 5 matchup, the Seattle Seahawks triumphed over the San Francisco 49ers with a final score of 41-16, solidifying their position in the NFC West. This victory not only boosts Seattle's confidence but also sets the tone as they aim for a strong postseason push in the 2027 season. Jalen Milroe was the standout performer for the Seahawks, throwing for 274 yards and two touchdowns, showcasing his ability to lead the offense effectively. Isaac Brown complemented the aerial attack with a powerful ground game, rushing for 99 yards, while Jaxon Smith-Njigba emerged as a reliable target, racking up 108 receiving yards. Together, they created a balanced offensive threat that overwhelmed the 49ers' defense. Defensively, the Seahawks were effective in containing San Francisco’s playmakers, limiting their scoring opportunities.
