In a thrilling Week 2 matchup, the Arizona Cardinals narrowly defeated the Minnesota Vikings, 27-24, in a game that had playoff implications early in the season. Both teams battled fiercely, but it was the Cardinals who emerged victorious, showcasing their ability to perform under pressure. Bryce Young led the Cardinals' offense with two touchdown passes, while Quinshon Judkins stole the show on the ground, racking up an impressive 184 rushing yards. Jaxson Dart of the Vikings kept pace with a stellar performance, throwing for 347 yards and connecting with Jordan Addison for 127 receiving yards. Despite the Vikings' strong offensive display, it wasn't enough to secure the win. Defensively, the Cardinals made key plays that shifted momentum in their favor, highlighted by Will Johnson’s team-leading eight tackles and Kaleb Proctor's critical sack. The game's turning point came late in the fourth quarter when Proctor's pressure on Dart disrupted a potential game-winning drive, allowing the Cardinals to hold off the Vikings and secure the victory.
