The New York Jets topped the New England Patriots 24-10 in a crucial Week 16 matchup, solidifying their playoff aspirations. With the victory, the Jets not only secured a strong position in the postseason hunt but also avenged an earlier loss to their division rivals. Offensively, Deshaun Watson led the charge for the Jets, throwing for a touchdown and managing the game effectively. Breece Hall was the standout performer on the ground, racking up 109 rushing yards and keeping New England's defense on its heels. Meanwhile, Patriots quarterback Drake Maye struggled to find his rhythm, finishing with 152 passing yards and only one touchdown. Defensively, the Jets were relentless, with Demario Davis leading the team in tackles with seven. A key moment came when Minkah Fitzpatrick snagged an interception, shifting momentum firmly in favor of New York. Will McDonald IV also contributed with a sack, applying pressure that disrupted New England's offensive flow and ultimately sealed the game for the Jets.
