In a pivotal Week 17 matchup, the Buffalo Bills secured a 28-20 victory over the Kansas City Chiefs, solidifying their playoff positioning as the regular season winds down. With both teams eyeing postseason momentum, this clash carried significant implications for their standings in the league. Josh Allen led the Bills’ offense with precision, throwing for one touchdown and effectively managing the game. Patrick Mahomes, despite his 286 passing yards, struggled to find the end zone, while Kenneth Walker contributed a solid 79 rushing yards for Kansas City. Devin Culp stood out in the receiving game for the Chiefs, racking up 95 yards, but it ultimately wasn’t enough to overcome the Bills’ efforts. Defensively, the Bills were instrumental in maintaining their lead, with Cole Bishop leading the charge with seven tackles. Javon Solomon's sack and Maxwell Hairston's interception proved critical in halting key drives by the Chiefs, particularly Hairston’s pick that shifted momentum in the second half. The Bills’ defense not only held off a late rally but also set the tone for a crucial win that keeps their championship hopes alive.
