In a commanding performance, the Seattle Seahawks topped the Pittsburgh Steelers 34-14 in Week 3 of the 2027 season. With both teams looking to establish momentum early in the season, Seattle emerged victorious, showcasing their offensive firepower and defensive resilience. Quarterback Sam Darnold led the charge for the Seahawks, throwing for two touchdowns and contributing to a well-rounded offensive effort. Jadarian Price was the standout on the ground, racking up an impressive 136 rushing yards, while the passing game was complemented by effective plays from the receiving corps. On the other side, Drew Allar of the Steelers put up solid numbers with 249 passing yards, but it wasn't enough to keep pace with Seattle's scoring. Defensively, the Seahawks made their presence felt, highlighted by Riley Moss, who not only recorded seven total tackles but also snagged an interception, demonstrating his ability to disrupt the Steelers' offense. Derick Hall added to the defensive onslaught with 1.5 sacks, keeping constant pressure on Allar. The turning point came in the second quarter when Seattle's defense forced a crucial turnover, allowing the Seahawks to capitalize and extend their lead, ultimately sealing the victory.
