In a closely contested matchup, the Baltimore Ravens narrowly defeated the Atlanta Falcons 26-20 in Week 5 of the 2026 season. With both teams vying for momentum early in the season, the Ravens managed to secure the victory, showcasing their resilience in a tightly fought game. Lamar Jackson led the Ravens with a crucial passing touchdown, contributing to his team’s offensive efforts. Meanwhile, Bijan Robinson of the Falcons shined on the ground, racking up an impressive 119 rushing yards, though it wasn’t enough to propel his team to victory. Michael Penix Jr. struggled to find his rhythm, finishing with just 112 passing yards, while Darius Slayton was the top target for Baltimore with 53 receiving yards. Defensively, the Ravens were formidable, with Roquan Smith leading the charge with four total tackles. However, it was Trenton Simpson’s standout performance that proved pivotal, as he recorded two interceptions, shifting the momentum in favor of Baltimore. The turning point came late in the game when Simpson's second interception effectively sealed the Falcons' fate, allowing the Ravens to run out the clock and secure the win.
