The Buffalo Bills cruised to a dominant 45-17 victory over the Minnesota Vikings in Week 9 of the 2026 season, solidifying their position as one of the top teams in the league. With playoff aspirations on the line, the Bills showcased their offensive prowess, leaving the Vikings in their wake. Josh Allen led the charge for Buffalo, throwing for 327 yards and four touchdowns, demonstrating his elite playmaking ability. Khalil Shakir emerged as a key target, racking up 133 receiving yards and proving to be a nightmare for the Vikings' secondary. James Cook III added balance to the attack with 81 rushing yards, contributing to a well-rounded offensive performance. While the Bills' offense stole the spotlight, the Vikings struggled to contain the onslaught. Jakobe Thomas led Minnesota's defense with seven total tackles, but their inability to pressure Allen effectively proved costly. The game's turning point came in the second quarter when Allen connected with Shakir for a 75-yard touchdown, shifting momentum firmly in Buffalo's favor and setting the stage for their decisive win.
