The Jacksonville Jaguars topped the Miami Dolphins 38-24 in a pivotal Week 13 matchup of the 2027 season. With playoff implications on the line, the Jaguars showcased their offensive prowess to secure the victory and maintain their playoff positioning. Drew Mestemaker shone for the Dolphins with 249 passing yards and two touchdown throws, but it was the Jaguars' Bhayshul Tuten who led the ground game with 86 rushing yards. Jacksonville’s Brian Thomas Jr. was the standout receiver, racking up 119 yards and consistently moving the chains to keep the Dolphins’ defense on its heels. The Jaguars' defense played a crucial role in the outcome, highlighted by Jarrian Jones' two interceptions that shifted momentum in favor of Jacksonville. The turning point came late in the second quarter when Jones picked off Mestemaker, setting up a scoring drive that extended the Jaguars' lead and ultimately proved insurmountable for Miami. Despite Chop Robinson’s two sacks for the Dolphins, they couldn't contain the Jaguars' balanced attack.
