In a dominant display, the Seattle Seahawks topped the Minnesota Vikings 42-14 in Week 17 of the 2027 season, securing their playoff position and showcasing their offensive firepower. With the stakes high for both teams, Seattle's performance proved too much for Minnesota to handle as they aimed for a postseason run. Quarterback Sam Darnold led the charge for the Seahawks, throwing for 220 yards and two touchdowns, while running back Jadarian Price stole the spotlight with a remarkable 130 rushing yards. The offense was well-rounded, with Darnold finding key plays and Price consistently moving the chains, allowing Seattle to maintain control throughout the game. Defensively, the Seahawks made crucial plays that sealed the victory, highlighted by Tarheeb Still's two interceptions. This defensive pressure created turnovers and shifted momentum decisively in Seattle's favor. Derick Hall added a sack, contributing to a performance that stifled Minnesota's attempts to rally, marking the game's turning point as the Seahawks pulled away after halftime.
