In a tightly contested battle, the Tennessee Titans narrowly defeated the Jacksonville Jaguars 20-17 in Week 12 of the 2026 season. The stakes were high as both teams aimed to solidify their playoff positions, but it was the Titans who emerged victorious in this nail-biter. Tennessee’s Cam Ward showcased his arm strength, throwing for 273 yards and leading the offense effectively. Nick Singleton contributed significantly with his powerful ground game, racking up 80 rushing yards, while Elic Ayomanor was a standout in the passing game, finishing with 140 receiving yards. Despite being held to two touchdown passes, Trevor Lawrence kept the Jaguars competitive with his two scores. Defensively, the Jaguars had a strong performance, highlighted by Foyesade Oluokun's 10 total tackles and Wesley Williams’ 1.5 sacks, but it was not enough to secure the win. The turning point came in the fourth quarter when the Titans' defense made a crucial stop, allowing their offense to maintain a slim lead. Ultimately, the combination of offensive firepower and timely defensive plays propelled the Titans to victory.
