In a commanding performance, the San Francisco 49ers topped the Las Vegas Raiders 34-7 in Week 9 of the 2026 season. This victory keeps the 49ers firmly in the playoff race while leaving the Raiders in need of a turnaround as the season progresses. Brock Purdy led the charge for San Francisco, throwing for 228 yards and two touchdowns. His connection with Mike Evans was particularly potent, as Evans racked up 114 receiving yards, showcasing his ability to stretch the field. Meanwhile, Christian McCaffrey dominated on the ground, amassing 140 rushing yards and solidifying his status as one of the league's elite running backs. Defensively, the 49ers were relentless, with Nick Bosa delivering a standout performance, recording 2.5 sacks that disrupted the Raiders' offensive rhythm. Fred Warner added to the defensive highlight reel with an interception, further stifling Las Vegas' attempts to mount a comeback. The turning point came early in the third quarter when Bosa's pressure led to a key turnover, allowing San Francisco to extend their lead and ultimately secure the win.
