In a commanding performance, the Dallas Cowboys secured a decisive 27-0 victory over the Houston Texans in Week 4 of the 2026 season. This win solidifies the Cowboys' position as a formidable contender, while the Texans struggle to find their footing in a challenging season. Dak Prescott led the charge for Dallas, throwing for two touchdowns and effectively managing the offense. Emari Demercado contributed with a solid ground game, racking up 54 rushing yards, while the Cowboys' receiving corps kept the chains moving. The Texans' C.J. Stroud managed only 125 passing yards, struggling to find any rhythm against a stout Cowboy defense. Defensively, the Cowboys were relentless, with Jalen Thompson making a significant impact by snagging two interceptions. Rashan Gary added pressure on the Texans' offense with a sack, while Shavon Revel Jr. anchored the defensive effort with four total tackles. The turning point came midway through the second quarter when Thompson's first interception set up a quick touchdown, allowing the Cowboys to take control and never look back.
